POLICIES

1. Room
Rates:
Room rates are daily, for two people. ($5 less for one
person).
Additional guest in room $20. The rates include breakfast.
2. Room Tax:
Room rates do not include Massachusetts Lodging Tax which is 9.7%.
3. Reservations / Deposits:
Reservations are confirmed when a deposit is received. For reservations of one
to two
nights, the full amount is required. For longer stays, a deposit of 50% of the total
amount is required with the balance payable upon arrival.
4. Payments:
Payments may be made by cash, check, travelers check, Visa, MasterCard,
Discover or American
Express.
5. Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation should be necessary, a refund of the deposit will be
made if we receive notice 14 days or more prior to arrival. A $20
administrative charge, per reserved room, is deducted from all refunds.
If notice of cancellation is received within
14
days of arrival, the
deposit will be forfeit unless the room is re-rented. If part of the
reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the deposit will
first be applied to the cancelled days, unless these
days can be re-rented.
If a reservation is cancelled within 2 days of the
arrival date, the entire stay will be charged unless the days are
re-rented.
6. Minimum Stay:
A two night minimum stay is required on weekends May through October and
public holidays.
7. Check-In and Check-Out Times:
The check-in time is between 1.00pm and 6.00pm
(If you will be arriving after 6.00pm, please notify us in advance)
Check-out time is 11.00am
8. Children:
The Inn does not meet the needs of children under six years of age.
9. Pets:
We do not take pets.
10. No Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the Inn or on the patio when breakfast is being
served.
